Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the People Excellence framework by regional Sales Ops and execute plan to build high performing commercial organization
- Act as Project Manager for Commercial trainings
- Develop, propose and manage the end to end enablement for Commercial team to improve performance and productivity
- Act as country PIC for seller segmentation with the support of regional segmentation team
- Collaborate with regional sales operations team to improve commercial capability
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study;
- At least 4 years working experience on planning and executing projects
- Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator and as a leader
- Have high attention to detail and critical of processes
