Overview

The Sales Administration Manager will head the Sales Admin Team which houses the following groups namely Sales Admin, Communication, Postpaid & Prepaid Support. The sales Admin group will support all the requirements pertinent to the stated functions above. The Sales Admin Manager will report to the Sales Operations Support Head.

Functions

  • In charge of overseeing the Prepaid Sales Team which includes the following functions:
  • Timely processing of Sales Orders
  • Partner Aftersales Support
  • Partner creation
  • Spearheads the accreditation panel for all interested DITO applicants; reviews the requirements and make the necessary recommendation for partner who will be accredited
  • Oversee the team in terms of providing logistical & admin support to Sales and Sales’ tools of work/fleet Management for the issuance and management of sales vehicles
  • Regularly coordinate with Legal for the 3rd party agreements and Finance for sales channels expenses, disbursement and budget
  • Lead the team who will handle the end to end processing of postpaid applications
  • Ensure the timely release of internal and external communication cascade and trade letters
  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or Economics. Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • experience in the same role with at least 10+ years and to include 5+ years in ICT industry (local and/or international). Experience in the telco industry is a plus.
  • knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
  • working with Legal on contracts management
