In This Position, You Will Be

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Implement and optimize internal operational processes for greater efficiency.
  • Track and manage team tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Write professional emails to clients and maintain clear communication.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and processes within the team.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance overall operations.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required.


Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and operations roles, with strong knowledge of workflows.
  • Experience working with Australian companies is highly desirable for cultural alignment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, and Salesforce, with a quick ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work Australian business hours (with a ~2 hour time difference).
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong English language skills and comfort with video calls and a remote work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently, set/manage expectations, and adapt to new tools and processes.
