JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and Reassign contracts in DocuSign and other customer signatory platforms
- Assist team with Order Admin Opportunities to Process Queue
- Provision proof of Concept Trials from Salesforce in the Billing Dashboard
- Respond to Slack Channel request for order management and provisioning request
- Operate in Salesforce and Billing Dashboard
- Monitor Email inboxes for new Contracts
- Work with Billing Team on various projects
- Process Order Admin Revive Opps
- Review and validate Provisioning Log – HIPAA
- Lock out customer access to workspaces upon request from the billing team
- Processing Entity Change though DocuSign
- Creating/Activating BAA documents in CRM
- Workspace creation and fixing workspace access
- Track booking errors in an excel spreadsheet
- Follow up with Sales via email and slack on missing/incorrect order forms
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be highly detailed oriented, organized, and thorough
- Able to resolve issues in a collaborative manner with internal Segment teams
- Familiar with Salesforce.com or CRM systems is a plus
