  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Monitor and Reassign contracts in DocuSign and other customer signatory platforms
  • Assist team with Order Admin Opportunities to Process Queue
  • Provision proof of Concept Trials from Salesforce in the Billing Dashboard
  • Respond to Slack Channel request for order management and provisioning request
  • Operate in Salesforce and Billing Dashboard
  • Monitor Email inboxes for new Contracts
  • Work with Billing Team on various projects
  • Process Order Admin Revive Opps
  • Review and validate Provisioning Log – HIPAA
  • Lock out customer access to workspaces upon request from the billing team
  • Processing Entity Change though DocuSign
  • Creating/Activating BAA documents in CRM
  • Workspace creation and fixing workspace access
  • Track booking errors in an excel spreadsheet
  • Follow up with Sales via email and slack on missing/incorrect order forms

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be highly detailed oriented, organized, and thorough
  • Able to resolve issues in a collaborative manner with internal Segment teams
  • Familiar with Salesforce.com or CRM systems is a plus
