Overview

This key position is responsible for leading the Sales administration, manpower planning, sales budget planning & management, training, sales tool automation, retail build roll-out and maintenance and others This position is reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing Services.

Functions

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • In charge of all administrative works/requirements of the Sales Channels
  • Develop & executes Training & Dev’t Programs (for Organic and Inorganic Employees)
  • Develop Sales Rewards & Recognition Programs.
  • SPOC of HR & OD for the manpower planning. Provide inputs in the review of the Sales career development structure.
  • Responsible for maintenance of succession plan and individual career plans for the Sales Channels
  • SPOC of Finance for Sales Budget (CAPEX/OPEX)
  • Allocates budgets to the different Sales Channels.
  • Manage roll-out plan, CAPEX & OPEX for Retail build (Branded Stores), maintenance and support
  • Over-all in charge of yearly Sales Planning and budgeting processes
  • SPOC for Business Continuity Management
  • Develop and Improve Sales work processes
  • SPOC of Product Development for Sales automation/processes and 3rd Party systems

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in Sales Management and Administration / Business Management
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years and to include 3+ years in telecommunications or retail industry
  • Proficient knowledge in sales administration, sales work processes, training development, retail build support, systems and operating details of local telecom or retail industry
  • Well-connected with local business partners and can help build up channel systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Preferred:

  • Work experience in retail, territorial/regional distributor of local telecom company Management experience supply-chain in retail or telecom company
