Dear Technical Support Experts,

For one of the leading e-commerce agencies in Europe, we are looking for 5x additional Technical Support Agents for 3rd Level Salesforce support. Candidates need to be based in APAC. Working hours will be between APAC and CET timezone. The position is 100% remote.

We already have a large team working with the client and the project is now scaling up.

Required Skills And Experience

  • We prefer at least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service but if you are a senior technical expert in Salesforce, you don’t need support experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce, including configuration and customization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and extensions
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multidisciplinary environment
  • High customer orientation and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Preferred, but not required: Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to client using our software solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with our development team in escalating and resolving complex technical problems
  • Document support requests, solutions on best practices
  • Able to provide training and technical knowledge to client and colleagues
  • Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
