Executive Assistant, Social Media Content Creator, Website Builder

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EA with experience in marketing, social media content creation and website builds to join our team. This role will assist in executing and managing various digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email campaigns, and paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and a passion for helping grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. Ability to build a website is essential.
The successful applicant will be expected to manage a virtual office, including tasks such as answering and scheduling email s, providing customer service to potential and current clients, organizing schedules and calendars, and data entry and organisation.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and Verbal English skills are required
Experience in customer service is required
Organizing contact information and detail oriented with dates and times is required
Graphic Design for photos, posters, and marketing on Canva
Social media posting, Using scheduling tools
CRM Experience is a bonus and will be required
Plan, create, and schedule posts for Instagram and Facebook .
Design engaging content that aligns with companies brand values and target audience.
Monitor engagement metrics and interact with followers, answering questions, and fostering a community.
Analyse and report on social media performance, suggesting improvements based on engagement data.
