Job Summary:

  • The position is primarily responsible for the service delivery of Customer Assistance Center team in addressing queries and requests as well as resolving concerns of BDO Life customers through voice, non-voice or walk-in channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any related course
  • At least three (3) years' relevant work experience, preferably in BPO or shared service center servicing customer service (voice and non-voice) in a financial services setting.
  • Knowledge of insurance practices and regulations, an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office technology (MS Excel for calculations reports, MS Word for documentations and processes, MS Powerpoint for presentation)
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas or Makati
