We are urgently looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to assist with managing and submitting cases to Meta’s support to help reactivate a Meta Verified business account. This is a full-time, remote position, offering $150 CAD per month, with bi-weekly payments, and the opportunity to earn an additional $50 CAD commission if the account gets successfully reactivated. We want you to start today, and we will send you the contract once selected.

Responsibilities:

• Work 8 hours per day, 7days a week (Monday to Saturday), and 5 hours on Sundays to submit and manage cases with Meta’s support team through both chat and phone calls.
• Handle ongoing communication with Meta support, including following up and escalating cases as necessary.
• Track and organize all case submissions, responses, and interactions.
• Provide regular updates on progress.

Commission:

• You will receive an additional $50 CAD commission if the account is successfully reactivated through your efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Experience with customer support and handling business accounts is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with Meta support via chat and phone.
• Ability to stay organized and work independently.
• Reliable internet connection.

Salary & Payment:

• $150CAD per month for full-time work (8 hours/day, 6 days/week, and 5 hours on Sundays).
• Bi-weekly payment (every two weeks).
• $50 CAD commission upon successful account reactivation.

Start Date:

• Immediate start – we will send you the contract today once selected.
