Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team part-time, focusing on social media marketing and ad creatives. You will work 4 hours a day with flexibility if there are priority tasks. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling and high-converting ad creatives for a variety of social media platforms, helping our clients stand out and grow their market share.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging and brand-consistent social media ads across platforms (Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Collaborate with the CEO to create visuals that align with campaign objectives
Adapt designs based on feedback and performance metrics to optimize results
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and social media best practices
Willing to use AI tools to enhance productivity and design efficiency
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media graphic design (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of ad creatives and visual storytelling
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and time management skills
Compensation
$4.50 - $6.00 per hour, depending on experience.
