What you’ll be doing…
Develops, deploys, and optimizes automated email funnels, ensuring high engagement and conversion through precise segmentation, rigorous QA, and data-driven strategies.

Build Automated Funnels: Build and execute automated email campaigns with behavior based segmentation, focusing on timely, strong customer experience journeys, and cross-platform congruency to enhance lead nurturing and conversion.
Deploy Email Campaigns: Manage end-to-end email campaign deployment by combining personalized content, targeted segmentation, rigorous QA, A/B testing, and data-driven timing strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
Maintain Email List & Segments: Refine customer segments, and employ list hygiene best practices to optimize deliverability and enhance personalized marketing efforts.
Monitor Email Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, compile data-driven reports, resolve performance issues, and identify and share trends that allow us to enhance strategies and boost email marketing effectiveness.

You must have…
3 years experience developing, deploying, and optimizing automated email funnels, ensuring high engagement and conversion through precise segmentation, rigorous QA, and data-driven strategies.
Analytically motivated and demonstrate a strong ability to analyze data and metrics, drawing meaningful insights to refine and optimize campaigns. Excels at identifying patterns, trends, and areas of improvement to enhance overall email performance.
Creative problem solving skills and possess the creativity to develop innovative solutions for campaign challenges, such as boosting engagement, improving deliverability, or enhancing personalization.
Attention to detail and maintain a meticulous approach to all aspects of email marketing. Catches and corrects errors before campaigns go live, ensuring a polished and professional end product.
Technical proficiency and be comfortable navigating various email marketing platforms including Keap/InfusionSoft, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and GoHighLevel. Quickly learns new software and tools, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
High-speed internet to consistently meet role requirements remotely.
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Experience with Asana (or similar task management system)
Proficiency with Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
Access to communication tools - Slack, Zoo m/Me et, Email

What you will be paid…
Between $10,00 - $15,00 USD per hour.
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
