We are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify prospective employees, inviting them to job opportunities, and assisting in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and communication skills and have a deep understanding of HR recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to identify and contact prospective employees.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source candidates.
- Communicate with potential candidates through phone, email , and other communication platforms to invite them to job opportunities.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including posting job ads, managing applicant tracking systems, and preparing recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and tea m me mbers.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google drive, Discord and other relevant software.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
