Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants to place virtual assistants into key roles for our clients. Your primary focus will be recruiting candidates for roles such as sales representatives, customer service agents, graphic designers, marketers, and web developers. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of recruitment pipelines, systems, and KPIs, and the ability to assess candidates effectively for virtual roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for virtual assistant roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and manage a robust recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of top candidates for client requirements.
• Develop clear KPIs for recruitment performance, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate retention.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skill set, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain an organized and efficient process.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends within the industries we serve.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, improve candidate experience, and ensure high recruitment standards.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, and stay updated on labor laws and regulations for virtual staffing.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably with a focus on virtual assistant roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment pipelines and working with applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with roles in sales, customer service, graphic design, marketing, and web development is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and recruitment metrics, with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience recruiting for industries related to real estate media agencies or marketing agencies is preferred.
