Job Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Supervisor is in charge of attending to all client-related inquiries, requests, and concerns received via the SMLRR communication channels. Proactively interacts with clients and other support groups to address and resolve after-sales inquiries, requests, and concerns. Acts as the front-liner and the developer's representative when dealing with clients.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year college course, preferably in Business Administration/ Management
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in real estate sales documentation,
- Computer literate
- Leadership & Management
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Communication
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA, Pasay
