Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges
  • Providing guidance and recommendations to customers
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and database systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
