Marketing Affiliate Associate

As a Marketing Affiliate Associate, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage affiliate marketing programs. You will be tasked with identifying and securing new affiliates, as well as fostering positive relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and provide support to optimize their marketing campaigns.
• Analyze affiliate activity and traffic to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and report on affiliate marketing performance and KPIs to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and align overall promotional efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
