We are hiring a Customer Support Officer to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to assist with claims, customer purchase modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, ensure customer needs are fulfilled with outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Understand our products and services.
  2. Communicate and assist customers through various channels, including call, email and chat.
  3. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Assist your supervisor and team in customer service requests
  5. Assist your supervisor and team in claims processing work.
  6. Update all customer records and relevant databases including transactions, interactions, comments, and complaints with accurate and useful information.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues when required.
  8. Provide feedback and analytics on the efficiency of the customer service process & products.
  9. Undertake any other duties related to your primary job function as and when required.
  10. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Chinese language is a plus!
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to work onsite when required.
  • Strong proficiency in the English language.
  • Stay in Makati area
