Job Description:
• Perform the Auditor role for the assigned audit/s, ensuring that all audit activities adhere strictly to the agreed timelines.
• Conduct the required audit activities, from preparation, kick-off, document review, audit meeting, notice, checklist, closing meeting to report. If requested, prepare case samples for the assigned audit.
• Ensure standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in all audit deliverables (notice, checklist, reports, etc.).
• Ensure that any emails, queries or issues should be responded and actioned upon on a timely manner.
• Maintain a timely communication to stakeholders (Team Lead, Auditee/s, Quality Business Partners and QASS Management), for the progress status and any update related to the assigned audit.
• Practice effective records management for all audit deliverables and correspondences, utilizing the dedicated SharePoint site and CGI auditing tool.
• Perform an Observer or a Contributing auditor role if requested.
• Recommend or propose any recommendations or improvements in the process or strategies to improve work outputs.
• Continuously study and learn to develop personal and technical skills in the performance of the role.
• Remain up to date with developments in relevant legislation and the field in general.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 2 years' experience in Quality Audit (Process Audit), preferable in internal audit.
• Preferable with ISO certifications (QSM 9001, ISMS 27001, etc) but not required
• With experience in identifying process improvement and innovation
• Highly skilled in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Amenable to work on a midshift schedule and hybrid working arrangement (Mckinley, Taguig)
