Ecommerce virtual assistant (Part-Time) for a fast-growing wellness & health brand in Europe

We are an exciting and fast-growing wellness-health brand based in Europe, and we’re on the lookout for a talented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will start part-time with the potential for more hours and and even a team lead role as we grow together and as you prove your capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Customer Service Support (via Gorgias):

1.1 Daily Tasks: You will spend up to 30 minutes per day managing customer queries and ensuring they receive top-notch support.
1.2 Initial Setup (10 hours): Help us set up Gorgias customer service macros for efficient responses and workflow optimization.

2. Marketing Calendar & Newsletter Management (via Klaviyo):

2.1 Marketing Calendar Setup: We will need you to allocate 2 hours initially to help set up our annual marketing calendar.

2.2 Newsletter Campaigns: Create and manage Klaviyo newsletters:

3.1 Initial Setup: 20-30 hours to create 15-20 newsletters for the next 12 months (according to marketing calendar)
3.2 Ongoing: 4 hours per month to create 2 newsletters based on our bi-monthly blog posts.

4. Competitive Research:
4.1 Around 5 hours per month dedicated to analyzing competitor activity:
4.2 Track pricing changes, new product launches, marketing strategies, etc.
We'll provide a list of competitors and guidelines for research.

Requirements:
1. Experience with Notion, Gorgias, and Klaviyo is mandatory.
2. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to the needs of a growing business.

Compensation:
- This is a part-time role with the potential for a full-time role and even a team lead role as we grow together.
- Pay will be based on experience and agreed upon during the interview.
