Brief Description of the Job:
1. In charge of material and supplies management
2. Ensure that necessary supplies are replenished and with enough stocks
3. Serve as HR Coordinator and reports any HR-related concerns of the warehouse employees to the HR Head
4. Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor any operations-related concerns
5. Other admin tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
1. Atleast 2 years relevant experience
2. Graduate of any 4-year course
3. Very high attention to details
4. Good communications skills both written and oral
5. Highly organize and manage time wisely
6. Experience in purchasing, HR, and Admin is an advantage
7. Can build good interpersonal relationship with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
