Your key responsibilities
Client Support
• Administer supplier portal registrations and manage supplier information.
• Complete and manage tender requests and proposals.
• Set up invoices in Xero.
• Ensure all receipts and invoices are shared with the bookkeeper for processing.
Office Administration
• Handle general office tasks including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
• Manage travel bookings for the team including flights, accommodation etc.
• Document admin processes in SOPs and manuals.
• Assist with insurance policies, repairs, maintenance, and travel bookings.
HR Support
• Assist in HR initiatives, including KPI framework and maintenance of position descriptions and employment contracts.
• Support recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Manage the Monthly Talent Success program.
Back-End Customer Support Activities
• Handle customer inquiries and issues via email , phone, and online platforms.
• Maintain customer support documentation and FAQs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes and systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide training and support to junior customer support staff.
