Role Description

We are seeking a reliable Remote Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist a private landlord in managing four residential properties. This part-time role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Inspections: Respond to enquiries from real estate websites and coordinate inspection times with potential tenants and our team in Australia.
  • Tenant Coordination: Communicate with prospective tenants to find suitable inspection times and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain communication with potential tenants, managing follow-ups to keep the process on track.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft and finalize rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Payment Management: Oversee and confirm holding deposits, bond payments, and rent.
  • Property Issue Management: Stay on top of any issues reported by tenants regarding the properties and either report them to us or handle them directly, depending on the nature of the issue.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a virtual assistant, real estate admin, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
