Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the firm’s Operations team (including note taking, meeting coordination, inbox monitoring, expense management etc)
- Assist in the implementation of software projects
- Create and distribute documentation to users
- Assist team with testing system update
- Project Management support for ongoing cross-functional projects
- Circulate meeting agendas, notes, and zoom recordings as needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure follow through on all projects, deadlines, and communication
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements and Credentials:
Essential (MUST HAVE)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to receive both written and oral feedback
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience using software systems in a work capacity such as CRM systems, booking systems, email systems etc
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail with strong commitment to accuracy
- Proactively handle regular activities and follow up without prompting
- Exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor
