- Communicates and coordinates meeting or other matters for the Operations Managers, Area Managers, and other concerned parties.
- Maintains an efficient filing system of all documents.
- Maintains a logbook of all incoming and outgoing official documents.
- Sees to it that pertinent memos, documents, and other materials are routed to the proper person/s as needed.
- Types and consolidates reports and other correspondences.
- In charge of the preparation of snacks for the meeting.
- Safeguards the confidentiality of official documents.
- Prepares, monitors, and checks for accuracy of cash advance/liquidation/reimbursement of AMs/OM.
- Monitors the movements/transfer of managers; submits notice of transfer/movement to HRD for proper adjustment of manager’s benefits.
- Consolidates and computes weighted average of PA ratings of District.
- Handles hotel reservations and airline bookings/tickets of Area and Operations Manager.
- Performs other related duties assigned to superior from time-to-time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any business-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala Business Center, Matina Town Square, McArthur Highway, Davao City (hybrid set-up).
