  • Managing and resolving Support Tickets.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows Server Roles like Active Directory & Office 365.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills
