- Managing and resolving Support Tickets.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
- Basic Knowledge of Windows Server Roles like Active Directory & Office 365.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills
