What You'll Do
- Form strategic partnerships to potential business clients/partners to grow user and corporate account base
- Keeps him/herself updated with competitor offerings and counter initiatives
- Formulate strong retention and growth programs
- Prepares weekly and monthly report as needed, reports to track performance and movement of partners
- Participate in training programs and other activities related to business development
- Maintains a general control filing system of all working papers, MOAs, correspondences, reports and documents for record purposes for easy reference and monitoring
- Reports to management’s attention any critical or sensitive client concern
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by his immediate manager or supervisor
- Actively participates in weekly meetings and reviews
- Able to build and sustain relationship Ability to perform problem solving and decision making
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable in a rapidly changing job market needs
- Develop know hows in conflict and stress management
- Provide a high level client service
- Proven skills in negotiation
- Education: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to sales or marketing
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same role and industry
- Proficiency in CRM program is a plus
