  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description :-

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deploy and install software applications

2. Provide support to common software and hardware problems under Zendesk ticketing

3. Install operating systems, email accounts, IP addresses, web browser installation, local workstation network configuration and software configuration.

4. Maintain PC, Servers, communication and network hardware and software applications.

5. Maintain an inventory of all computers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.

6. Accurately document instances of hardware failures, repair, pullout, troubleshooting and installation.

7. Work with end users to identify and resolve hardware and software problems.

8. Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.

9. Assist in the development of long-range planning for new projects and computer hardware needs. 10. Install and troubleshoot telephone line/unit and timetrak equipment.

11. Plans and schedules software and hardware upgrades, evaluating hardware and software, and provides training on its use.

12. Research new products, applications, and future technology to determine if it could be used to meet future needs, and makes recommendations to management.
