Job Requirements
- 2.5 years practical experience
- Very strong communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail Strong excel skills and good with data including lookup and pivot tables
- Experience with Australian (or US/UK) market preferred / ideal but not compulsory
- ELMO Experience ideal but not compulsory
- Can work full time onsite in BGC Taguig City
Core responsibilities:
- HR onboarding / compliance administration
- Completing tasks related to onboarding, and system set up (ELMO)
- Coordinating between the hiring manager and IT for employee onboarding
- Event registration administrative support
- Offboarding compliance admin support
- Drafting employee correspondence on HR matters in support of Australian HR Manager using supplied templates
- Sending HR event reminders
- Recruitment administration such as creating job contracts and other written administrative duties for Talent Acquisition Manager
- Other varied administrative duties supporting a busy HR Department Excel reporting between payroll system and time tracking system
