Job Summary:
Develop strong partnerships with Enterprise Technology and business leadership to identify and prioritize learning and support needs within our current operating model. Demonstrate a master of current and emerging technologies. Conducts need assessments and gap analysis to determine the areas of opportunity so that strategic business objectives are meant or exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that iQor’s training programs, content and delivery platforms are in alignment with all support services across every vertical focusing on continuous improvement to exceed customer, employee, and owner performance.
- Proactively facilitate delivery strategy and measurements for organizational support services (HR, Workforce, L&D/Training, IT Dev & Delivery) to ensure all areas are optimized for both WAH and Work In Office (WIO).
- Compare client performance against industry best practices with a shrewd eye toward identifying performance and/or profitability improvement opportunities.
- Provide consultative expertise to the design and development for all solutions ensuring that performance objectives are aligned to company objectives.
- Creatively apply extensive knowledge of business strategies, learning theories and customer business processes to develop innovative solutions in alignment with iQor’s technology system architecture and strategic goals.
- Evolve existing solutions from good to great, while strategically planning how newly designed solutions can evolve into successful world class performance systems.
- Provides constructive feedback and recommendations regarding the presentation style of materials and platforms available to all iQorians.
- Suggesting alternative approaches, innovative tools, and unidentified opportunities to improve our work at home experiences for all iQorians.
- Developing and deploying analytics to measure the success of all support services while identifying additional opportunities to improve the impact of these programs.
- Create strategic roadmaps for developing and maintaining a continuous learning environment for all enterprise technology associates by aligning with technology operating principles, priorities, and programs.
Skills Requirements:
- 8-10 years of work-related experience.
- Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills to effectively identify training needs and influence decision making to determine solutions that fit the business needs in a dynamic, growth environment.
- Excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross-functionally to ensure understanding.
- Excellent planning and project management skills; ability to effectively manage priorities for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Able to collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to satisfy learning needs, build out materials and implement them in a way that enhances productivity.
- Able to facilitate in-person and distance training in an effective and engaging way.
- Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Instructional Design School Certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Education, Communications or related field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
