Role Description

This is a contract role for International Property Specialists at Federal Land, Inc. located in Makati and BGC, with flexibility for some remote work. As an International Property Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing and expanding the company's international client base, developing sales strategies, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers. You will play a crucial role in promoting Federal Land's properties to international markets and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international real estate sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
