  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and verifying customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment of our products or services. You will collaborate to manage inventory, address discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

• Converting quotes to orders

• Liaising with production manager for ETAs

• Processing online orders

• Purchasing products as required to fulfil orders

• Continuously provide exceptional Customer Service

Requirements

• 3+ Years experience in Order Processing

• Experience in the printing industry would be advantageous.

• Possess high level attention to detail and accuracy

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Adaptable and open to take on tasks/training.

• Ability to prioritize and task manage independently.

• Collaborative, flexible and adaptive.

• Able to successfully meet deadlines.

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.

• Willingness to work to Australian working hours.

• Willingness to work or relocate in Angeles City, Pampanga.
