We are seeking an organized and client-focused Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for clients and virtual assistants (VAs). In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact, coordinating system setups, training schedules, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the account management team. This position requires experience in client onboarding, account management, and technical setups, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare setting. Requirements

  • Education/Experience:
  • Experience in account management for a SaaS company, particularly in technical setup for clients and VAs, or
  • Experience in dental or healthcare administration, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with doctors and understanding practice dynamics
  • Strong background in client onboarding or account management (in SaaS or healthcare sectors)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with EMRs, VOIP, and communication tools like Slack, Google Meet, and Skype
  • Experience in managing data collection, system access, and account setup for software and communication platforms
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage onboarding processes for multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail to ensure onboarding processes are efficient and error-free
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to ensure a positive and professional client experience
