Theoria’s Human Resources Department is seeking individuals to join its team to support its expansion and assist with staffing onboarding and offboarding.
Shift Structure
- Saturday-Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 pm (U.S. Eastern Standard Time)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assisting with updating candidate database on candidate boards
- Reporting and communicating daily with Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Specialist and Recruitment Liaison & Contracts Associate regarding the status of candidates
- Assist with sending offer letters and placing signed copies of the employment agreement in the Candidate HR File
- Assisting in the maintenance of Candidate HR files
- Assist with sending follow-up reminder emails prior to expiration of employment offer
- Sending a post-decline survey to identify reasons for declining offers for Company improvement
- Answering/forwarding basic emails
- Drafting and sending adobe emails with agreement and sending for review and signature to candidates
- Assit HR director with Human Resources tasks like onboarding, recruitment, discipline management, offboarding and other related HR tasks
- Must be proficient in managing emails and calendars
- Must have experience in taking meeting notes
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and complete deliverables on time
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
