We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to oversee key HR functions, with a primary focus on compensation and benefits management, HR reporting, HR data management, and HR ticketing support. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in Philippine compensation and benefits administration, a data-driven approach to HR processes, and hands-on experience managing HR ticketing and employee support.

Key Objectives of the Role

  • Ensure accurate administration of compensation and benefits, including government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), in compliance with Philippine standards.
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage detailed HR reports and data on employee metrics, compensation, and benefits utilization to support strategic decisions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely responses and resolutions, and aiding in the maintenance of the Employee Portal.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support and assist with employee engagement activities to foster a positive company culture.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, aligned with Philippine labor laws.
  • Generate and analyze HR-related reports to inform strategic decision-making across departments.
  • Maintain and organize HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee concerns through the HR ticketing system, addressing Tier 1 inquiries, and escalating as needed.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the Employee Portal for easy access to HR resources.
  • Update and manage employee records, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, internal movement, and off-boarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities to boost morale and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and HR ticketing platforms, with strong analytical skills to generate accurate HR reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of local compensation, benefits administration, and labor laws (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR data and reports.
  • Experience handling HR ticketing systems and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in HR operations, particularly in compensation, benefits, data management, and employee support.
  • Experience creating metrics reports to track HR performance.
  • Thorough understanding of local payroll and tax regulations.

Work Structure and Reporting

This role is office-based, reporting to the HR Manager, and will work closely with finance and service delivery teams.
