What We’re Looking For:

SEO Skills: Junior to intermediate level, with hands-on knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Mangools, and Sitebulb.
Quick & Self-Learner: We provide training, but expect you to be thrown into the deep end and figure out solutions independently.

Problem Solver: Brings 1,000 solutions over 1,000 excuses, with an “above and beyond” attitude.

Passion for Self-Learning: You love staying updated on SEO trends and strive to improve on your own initiative.

Attention to Detail: You take pride in precision, quality, and accountability in every task.

Strong Communication: Fluent in English with professional email etiquette; some client-facing communication is involved.

Highly Flexible and Responsive: Ready to adapt, learn, and communicate with clients when needed.
Requirements:

Availability: 60 hours/month (with the potential to scale up).
Personality Test: Completion of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) before further discussions.
