We are seeking an energetic and highly self-motivated Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff & CEO. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an administrative role supporting initiatives and projects from the management up to the executive level. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Chief of Staff’s/CEO's or the site’s schedule and coordinating with various internal teams and external stakeholders. In addition to the existing responsibilities, the candidate will be expected to oversee and manage facilities-related tasks and projects.
You must have good communication skills, a passion for startups or tech, and an ability to identify opportunities and action plans for the divisions and groups the Chief of Staff & CEO works with.
This is an onsite role that will require you to visit office locations.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff & CEO to provide support as needed.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed in the most efficient manner and that reports are well-communicated.
- Arrange travel, appointments, and manage the CEO's/Chief of Staff’s calendar or diary.
- Resolve concerns and queries addressed to the CEO's/Chief of Staff or the division with professionalism and patience.
- Effectively oversee and assist with the management of projects and locations handled by the CEO & Chief of Staff or the division.
- Effectively communicate and update on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Science, or Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant/Admin. Assistant/related role.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office and/or GSuite skills.
- Passion or keen interest in technology.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with the team and other business groups.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is desired.
- Knowledge of Basecamp is desired.
- Self-discipline/strong work ethic.
