Job Overview And Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts
  • Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs
  • Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market
  • Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings
  • Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development
  • Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
  • Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience

Requires Skills And Experiences

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields
  • Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
  • Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions

Preferred Skills And Experiences

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships in a SaaS or tech startup
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in sales/CRM platforms such as Hubspot is a plus
  • Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
  • Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
  • Open to fresh grads that are tech savvy and have the grit to survive in start ups
