Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, handling inventory and reports proficiently. The role entails communication with clients, suppliers, and general administrative tasks, requiring excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, capability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Customer Service

  • Contact customers to confirm and validate order information.
  • Communicate with customers via phone call, email and SMS regarding the shipment of their orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and order shipment.

Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee logistics requirements of the team, ensuring seamless and timely delivery, and transport operations.
  • Inventory management: develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track shipments.
  • Ensure trackers and monitoring are up to date and resolves foreseeable concerns affecting fulfillment of orders.

General Admin

  • Provide comprehensive Administrative Support to the team.
  • Audit and procure office equipment and supplies to ensure availability at all times.
  • Generate reports, charts, and graphs using Microsoft Office Tools to present data effectively.
  • Develop and maintain databases for tracking inventory, expenses, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate and monitor suppliers and 3rd party partners' performance, and address issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Operations, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as Admin Associate and/or Officer.
  • Proven experience in Logistics, Inventory Management, and Supplier Negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience in sales, customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in a startup setting is a plus.
  • Excellent command in English, Filipino
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Offer:

  • 470 - 520 USD per month
