Long Road Transportation is an asset-based logistics provider, specialized in container drayage and warehousing.
We are looking for a full time, remote HR specialist to handle recruitment and staff related issues in our remote virtual office.
Key activities:
- recruitment of sales, dispatch and data entry personnel/managers;
- running talent pool for immediate alternative for any position;
- develop and maintain strict KPI system in collaboration with department managers;
- tracking salary, bonuses, vacations, sick leaves etc;
- cultivate environment of professional respect and good work ethics;
- ensure organization of functions, seek optimization of the processes;
- assisting higher management with office related tasks.
Key requirements (please do not apply otherwise):
- >5 years of verified experience in recruiting and HR;
- ability to learn and adapt - without being able to understand company processes you won't be able to find good specialists;
- experience in international hiring and work on US market;
- English C2.
Schedule:
Mon - Fri, 6AM - 3PM, Seattle time zone (PST) can be flexible.
Salary - $1000/month (with trial period), + bonus system.
