This role involves operating and monitoring technical systems, following a playbook for active remote camera surveillance system monitoring, and checking the health of systems based on a provided checklist. The ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, reliable, and able to work independently after training.

- System Health Checks: Perform routine health checks of systems and report findings based on a provided checklist.
- Technical Operations: Manage and respond to technical issues as they arise, ensuring systems remain operational.
- Reporting: Document and report any discrepancies or issues identified during monitoring.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical systems and operations.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical role is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliability: Must have reliable internet and power to ensure consistent system monitoring.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and cover the required hours with the other team member.
