Role and responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between department and the division office
- Screen documents submitted for approval for completeness and accuracy
- Timely and accurate dispatch of documents back to the appropriate unit
- Screen all calls and maintains confidentiality
- Secure confidentiality on all transmitted documents
- Organize schedule and keeps track of its development. Coordinates all meetings
- Ensure completeness of logistics for scheduled meetings
- Prepare accurate reports within the agreed turn-around time, according to priority
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ /Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Can multitask and has good time management skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
