Responsibilities:

  • Leads in the delivery of HR services in a timely and efficient manner to the onsite customers
  • Oversees implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Reviews and proposes necessary changes or improvements to HR policies, systems, standards, and processes as needed.
  • Manages labor/employee relations issues, activities, and programs in the plant or function
  • Manages employee engagement activities and action plans
  • Manages the implementation of recruitment, selection, and staffing activities in the plant or function
  • Manages the implementation of learning and development activities in the plant or function
  • Manages the implementation of the performance management process and succession planning activities in the plant or function
  • Provides coaching to employees to better understand the importance of workplace safety and provides support in furthering the health and safety culture in the company.

Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably in Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management
  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience performing various HR functions, with a focus on Employee and Labor Relations
  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory function
