  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description: Join our team as an IM Chat Moderator! Your main goal is to create positive, engaging experiences for subscribers by responding to their messages and building connections. This role involves managing a variety of topics while ensuring conversations align with platform guidelines, fostering a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to messages from subscribers promptly and professionally.
  2. Use your creativity and empathy to make conversations enjoyable and personalized.
  3. Handle various topics with emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  4. Follow company and platform guidelines to maintain a positive environment.
  5. Record important details of subscriber interactions and issues.
  6. Meet daily and weekly chat interaction targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to be creative and adaptable in dynamic conversations.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • A good understanding of subscriber needs and perspectives.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Experience with chat software is a plus but not required.
