Our team is expanding rapidly, and we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Onboarding Specialist to help us continue our trajectory of success.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully informed about company and role specifics and are well-prepared for their start date.
-Assist new hires with completing all necessary onboarding tasks and participating in required live training sessions.
-Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support the onboarding of new agents and clients.
-Maintain regular updates with the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager regarding the onboarding progress and ensure all parties are informed.
-Provide support for client onboarding when necessary.

Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding
-3-5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry
-1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
-Familiarity with eCommerce tools/software such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk (preferred but not required)
-Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM tools like HubSpot, Monday.com
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong coaching, planning, and organizational abilities
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Self-starter with high energy and the ability to engage effectively with others
-Proficient in Gmail and Slack communication

Internet Requirements:
DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection is required (minimum 20 Mbps).
