Virtual Rockstar is seeking a proactive and creative part-time Marketing Assistant to support our client’s marketing efforts and help elevate brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Meetings & Managing Calendars: Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Monday.com Assistance: Input tasks, generate reports, and summarize weekly objectives for effective task preparation.
  • Content Scheduling & Website Updates: Assist with content scheduling and updates as directed.
  • Summarizing Meeting Notes: Create follow-up emails for clients based on meeting discussions.
  • Proposal/Template Creation: Develop templates and proposals to streamline processes.
  • Social Media Management: Post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok; monitor engagement and respond to comments.
  • White Paper Creation: Research and draft informative white papers on relevant topics.
  • Social Media Copy Creation: Utilize AI tools for engaging social media copy.
  • Website Creation & Maintenance: Assist in building and maintaining the company website.
  • Lead-Generating Emails: Write and send daily emails aimed at generating leads.
  • 90-Day Social Media Calendar Creation: Plan and schedule content for consistent engagement.
  • SEO-Friendly Blog Management: Write and manage blog posts with a focus on SEO.
  • Facebook Group Management: Engage with members and focus on lead generation strategies.
  • Engagement Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing and lead generation metrics.
  • Marketing Research: Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategies.
  • Marketing Funnel Design: Create and design effective marketing funnels and lead magnets.
  • AI Content Generation: Utilize AI tools for copy creation in marketing funnels and websites.
  • High-Converting Landing Page Design: Develop landing pages optimized for conversion.
  • Tech Integration: Set up appointment booking calendars and integrate landing pages with email autoresponders.
  • Opt-In Form Design: Create high-converting opt-in forms for lead capture.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Google Suite, Instagram, Captivation Hub, Canva, LinkedIn, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
