We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Support/Manager/Specialist/Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM systems, maintaining databases, handling documentation, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is critical in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales process. Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Update customer records and manage user access rights.
- Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Train and support sales team members in using the CRM effectively.
Database Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of sales databases.
- Ensure data consistency and perform regular audits to verify data accuracy.
- Develop and implement data management best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate proactively with 3rd party service providers
Documentation:
- Handle all sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and agreements.
- Ensure all documents are correctly formatted, filed, and accessible to relevant team members.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Liaise and manage content development processes between creatives and senior Dwiftpay sales executives.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide the Chief Growth Officer with day to day administrative and logistics support.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and administrative workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the back-office support function.
Must have:
- Proven experience in Sales Support, Administration, CRM management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and learning new CRM applications quickly (e.g., Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech industry
- Knowledge of database management tools and techniques.
- Additional certifications in CRM administration or sales operations.
