Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Source candidates for the job opening. Establish partnership with reputable Technical Institutions and /or Universities to ensure sustainable candidate source and conduct job fairs.
  • Prepare job descriptions and applicable selection criteria based on the hiring needs.
  • Conduct assessments, interviews, background check and verification of records of the applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on interview and assessment results.
  • Endorsement to agency for processing of pre-employment and medical requirements (indicating the position, monthly salary, and hiring date);
  • Preparation and Issuance of Company ID for newly hired employee.
  • Conduct onboarding activities to successful hires.
  • Ensure completeness of Induction and Orientation program, it is conducted and signed by the new employee and respective facilitators;

Payroll

  • Update master data – payroll system for timely and accurate payment of employees compensation.

Training and Performance Management

  • Ensure that Training Programs are implemented according to plan.
  • Establish performance criteria of the new hire together with the Manager / Trainer.
  • Implement necessary HR and administrative actions in connection to the performance of the employee.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and organize records of employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and discussed the terms and conditions clearly.
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements has been received and signed by the Receiving customer center.
  • Providing support to employees and dealing with other HR-related matters.
  • Assist employees in business-related visa processing and coordinate the same with the travel agency.
  • Support in company-wide events (teambuilding, family day, etc)

Employee Relations

  • Foster positive and professional interactions among Epiroc people and its management.
  • Ensure compliance and implementation of local company policies, rules and regulations and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all terms and conditions of employment from the start of employment has been communicated clearly.
  • Ensure that all other relevant laws and regulations by the Department of Labor and Employment are implemented.
  • Compliance with government policies in connection to renumeration of employees.

Experience And Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Preferably 1 – 3 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
