  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Compensation:
45,000 PHP to 60,000 PHP per month.

Tasks to Do:
Source and identify top talent for various roles.
Conduct interviews and monitor tests and assessments.
Create clear and accurate job descriptions.
Facilitate seamless handover of new hires to training and operations.
Track and manage candidates using Excel and Asana.
Oversee the progress of new hires during their first month.
Provide ideas and new ways to correct or improve systems and processes.
Enhance recruitment methods to align with company goals.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Proven track record in recruitment qualifications.
Strong understanding of character and leadership profiling.
Preferably has been a Virtual Assistant for at least 3 years.
Full grasp and knowledge of Western culture.
