A Snapshot of Your New Mortgage Journey

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Key Moves: Your Day-to-Day Impact in Loan Delivery

  • Prepare bond documentation, including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, and lien notes.
  • Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issue assignments of mortgage.
  • Submit master servicer loan files and compliance loan packages according to company, bond program, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within required timeframes.
  • Monitor loan deliveries and confirm receipt of files to meet deadlines.
  • Track the loan pipeline to identify and resolve delivery deficiencies promptly.
  • Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of loan file deliveries.
  • Provide regular bond loan status updates within the loan origination platform and investor portals.
  • Escalate unresolved delivery issues to the Team Lead to ensure timely resolution.

What It Takes to Close the Deal: The Skills You’ll Need

  • Solid knowledge of Mortgage and Bond Agency Loan documents and programs.
  • Proven experience in loan delivery to various Bond Agencies/Investors.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Ellie Mae Encompass and Investor Websites.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer programs.
