Reporting to Digital and E-Commerce Oversight Manager

WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

  • The purpose of this position is to develop and deploy all digital products across JTIP Marketing & Sales. The incumbent, paired in a squad with a Digital Experience Manager, will be responsible for digital ecosystem development (not exhaustive to website - desktop & mobile platforms, e-commerce, loyalty / rewards programs) and UI/UX.
  • As part of the Digital Experience team with colleagues managing digital products across JTIP Marketing & Sales, the incumbent leads & manages assigned digital products projects (RMC / RRP / Trade / Field Marketing / SIBI), ensuring on-strategy, on-time and on-budget delivery, ensuring a seamless and frictionless user experience in all digital products for all JTIP audiences (adult smokers, customers, internal stakeholders).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Platform Management
    • Manages existing and future platforms, and works together with IT and stakeholders on requirements, starting from planning, development, deployment and maintenance. Works on future enhancements and deployment of new features, ensuring full compliance with all laws, regulations and internal guidelines..
  • Website Mapping, Testing, and Improvement
    • Supports the Digital Product Deployment Manager in mapping out all possible user scenarios for platform usage for each project and proposes ways to mitigate any potential risk to JTI. Coordinates with key stakeholders in the conduct of usability testing and UAT in all JTIP RMC digital projects prior to rollout to ensure that projects and platforms are understandable by end users. Raises opportunities and flags pain points in upcoming and ongoing projects, campaigns, and/or platforms by tracking and monitoring key digital metrics. Supports the user journey creation by adopting established IT recommendations in the areas of architecture, design and security.
  • UI Design
    • Using the provided design & messaging content (responsbility of RMC, RRP, Field Marketing, Marketing Comms & PR), responsible for conceptualization and execution of the user interface for JTIP's RMC digital platforms. Supports the production of various outputs throughout the product design journey, including but not limited to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and spliced FA pages (for use by the front-end developers) in coordination with creative / digital agencies.
  • UX Mapping, Testing, and Improvement
    • Provides input in for determining the right information hierarchy based on business and end-user needs. Maps out the entire user experience in the platform in the most user-friendly manner possible. Works cross-functionally with end-user stakeholders to identify opportunities and pain points in existing platforms. Iterates UI/UX (including but not limited to layout and page design) swiftly based on either data (Google Analytics, MoEngage reports) or tests (A/B Testing, Usability Testing). Liaises with creative / digital agencies in the production of testable output such as lo-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes for the purposes of usability testing.

  • Data Monitoring and Gathering
  • Monitors and tracks digital performance using website performance monitoring tools such as but not limited to, GA4, PowerBI dashboards, or Similarweb. Participates in fieldwork and user experience research to better understand end-users and unconver insights to be used in report and strategy creation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or Digital. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a huge plus.
  • 3+ years of combined proven work experience as Web or IT Project Specialist, Digital Account Executive, Business Solutions Specialist, Project Manager, and/or E-Commerce Specialist
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog
  • Functional Skills
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge in the development and deployment of web-based digital products across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile), including UI/UX design and delivery
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of Mobile/SMS, E-Commerce and CRM
    • Demonstrate understanding of various project management methods such as Agile or Scrum.
    • Has experience in various project management tools such as Azure Devops, Jira, or Trello.
    • Has knowledge of digital user profiles for consumers in the Philippines to ensure a seamless digital journey across all digital touchpoints
    • Have proven digital products project management experience
    • Has good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Has good stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
    • Is able to work well in a fast-paced, consensus-driven, diverse environment
